WARNING!!!!! Daylight Energy have gone radio silent with thousands upon thousands of pounds worth of customer's deposits the past few weeks - installations never took place, certificates never ordered, builders not paid, and the MD David Humphriss has disappeared, staff have all been laid off. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MORE OF YOUR MONEY!!! He has been reported to the police for fraud, and is currently being investigated by the ombudsman. Where is our money, David? Communication has dried up. When we paid the deposit, we were told installation would be within a couple of weeks of DNO approval. When the DNO approval happened in November, we were told installation would be January. By the end of December, they said installation dates were slipping by a month. In January they said installation would be in February. We're now half way through February and they've promised to call back twice but didn't and now they're not even answering the phone. More...
