Super friendly staff and a great variety of classes. I love the space. It’s very inviting and cozy. Tea and water is always available. I did an intro month as a new student for 50 bucks which is a steal. I don’t think I could afford it after this month is up but it really is amazing. The teachers are all lovely and bring great energy to the classes. Vibes are high. Bright blessings More...

daya yoga is truly a unique space that is completely authentic. the staff really care about the students, the space, and the classes. and it shows. it's honestly so much more than a yoga studio, it's a community. with such a wide variety of classes and workshops, there is something for everyone, but always an opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone!in my seven years of practice, i've never felt such a special connection to a yoga community. from my very first day of class, I never wanted to leave. This place is the best. Warm, inviting, down to earth, no pretense, amazing teachers. Took a bunch and never had a bad class. Can’t say enough good things. It was the first place I started yoga and wish I could go there forever. I’m sad I just moved away from this neighborhood, and hope one day I can find a place as good again. More...

My friend has been going here for almost a year and is really loving it. I was in NY just for a few days and was invited to tag along. Dropped in on the dynamic flow class with Kevin. I'm almost six months pregnant and was anticipating not to be able to do much, but the class was extremely welcoming and Kevin repeatedly adapted poses for me. There is a lovely community feel with chants and breathing exercises beforehand which felt very grounding. Drop-in fees plus mat were $20, but first-time student monthly unlimited pass was only $40. Had I stayed a bit longer I probably wouldve taken that deal and come back a few more times. Lovely studio alltogether. More...

I’m so sad to have just moved away from this place. Thank you Daya for being my intro to yoga over the last year. I rarely leave public reviews like this, but I am so grateful to have found this place when I finally decided it was time to try yoga and see what all the fuss was about. Every teacher I tried was caring and knowledgeable and just plain amazing. One of them even offered me her yoga pants when I came after work and realized I forgot my own. The variety of classes is great. The space/environment is lovely but down to earth and warm. There is an attitude of “come as you are” and “welcome to all.” Will I ever find another place I love as much? Here’s hoping! More...

Daya yoga studio offers such a rad space to strengthen your yoga practice and build a yoga community. I feel what stands out about Daya is getting to know your community members and having a sincere space to really be yourself during yoga practice without judgement. The yoga teachers are experienced and mindful about the various styles of yoga and have an understanding about body alignment each person brings in session. The workshops and events spaces are also really cool and really reiterate the Bushwick creative arts community. Highly recommend More...

I found Daya two years ago and it was like coming home. Two expansive rooms -- one filled with light and plants, the other cosy and deep like a cave -- both with amazing acoustics and such beautiful energy! I especially love their Kundalini classes and the variety workshops every weekend! Definitely recommend stopping by for a class, you won't want to leave ;) More...

The practice of yoga has shifted away from its true essence in most studios but certainly not at Daya. At Daya, you get introduced to all aspects of Yoga and the many different practices like vinyasa, hatha, kundalini and such. Much love
