We have had Dawn James prepare our taxes for many years and would not think of trusting anyone else. She is very knowledgeable and if she does not have an immediate answer to a question, she will find the answer and get back to us. She is very responsive,. which is something we really appreciate. We always have a response from Dawn within a day of our query and she has never once let something "fall through the cracks". Our taxes are not simple. Meeting Ms. James is one of the best things that have ever happened to me. I have a disability that makes it extremely difficult for me to manage certain tasks that are required to run a business, have a family, own a home, or even get through the day sometimes.
