Mr. David Rotondo is a skilled athletic performance trainer, artist, and senior exercise specialist. Sessions are usually 1 or 2 clients at a time, and range from 20-50 minutes. Workouts are focused on client goals and usually include 6-12 quality exercises geared to improve improve strength, balance, flexibility, self defense, general health, weight management, and body composition.

I have a high level of education and experience in setting such as Sport clubs, college athletics, inpatient/ outpatient therapy clinics, and hospitals.
Personal training
Include motivation to exercise specializing in core strength, balance and flexibility to decrease various types of body pain, chronic fatigue, and overall health.
Meditation
Can be a part of personal training by client goal request. Involves various mental exercises while seated comfortably directing attention towards a guided experience.
Martial arts
A combination of 5 martial art styles for health, bone density, and self defense
