Well I can only speak from my own personal experience. Called David's homes as I was selling my G/F flat. Within 3days I had 2 viewings. The first one was coming back with an offer and needed a second viewin, the other one was coming back with her mum and full asking price. Her mum didn't like the idea of her daughter living in the Cf242dt area. So within the next week another offer for the asking price but the guy had to sell his first. Within three weeks he has taken an offer on his with David's homes and everything is going ahead solicitors are already preparing the contract. So many thanks to David's homes and the team.
