We offer personal and small group training in a fun and comfortable atmosphere. We adapt to most injuries and medical problems. We successfully train many people that are not successful elsewhere. We have many years experience and have worked with hundreds of clients helping them achieve there fitness goals.

I've been training with David for the past 14 years and he along with his staff are exceptional. They are true professionals and train each client considering their lifestyle. I've been going to this gym for over a year now and I cant say enough good things about the staff or environment. Everyone is kind and supportive of each other, and David and Sharon are fabulous attentive trainers.

i was having problems with my back while playing my sport. i tried chiropractic , reading blogs on the net and countess hours of trying to fix myself by doing exercises in my gym . Dave met me at his studio , diagnosed to my problems and worked on my flexibility for over a half an hour pinpointing the affected area i need to strengthen. I have been a gym rat for 20 plus years , Dave is knowledgeable and never gives a one work out for everyone approach. I highly recommend Dave ! More...

I can't say enough good things about my experience at David's fitness studio. I look forward to my training sessions with Sharon and the "Fabulous 5'2" and Under" girls. I can see the improvement in my body especially the shoulder in which I had surgery last year. It's a welcoming environment, easy access to the studio and they are very accommodating with the schedule. This has been very important to me given the amount of travel for work that I've done this summer. I'm glad I decided to join! More...

We schedule fitness appointments so the client feels more obligated to make their workout and not skip it. This leads to consistency and ,as a result, the client hits there goal. We also make the training fun and adaptable thereby empowering the client to reach their goal.

Constant strength and conditioning training 3 or more times a week. This coupled with a sensible eating plan that removes most refined sugars and excess carbohydrates. Also, getting enough water is a big nutritional help.

I Love most about training is to see the results our clients get. When they double or triple there strength all the while losing weight. To see my clients that happy truly makes me feel fulfilled with my career

I noticed that gyms were only interested in selling memberships not getting results for the members. I wanted to change that and take an "old School" approach by letting the clients know that we were in this together.

Clients should choose our studio over others because we are not a big company only interested in numbers and signing up people and not interested in having them full fill their goals. I put the personal back in personal training
