From our first meeting to completion, Astburys' were exemplary in the manner they conducted the sale of our house. With their help and advice our sale went through smoothly, and the timescale, eleven weeks from first listing to exchange of contracts was very fast. Our agent was Toby Morris and I put this success down to him. From the point of view of a seller, Toby demonstrated a coherent vision of intention to keep our interests, (to get us the best price for our property with the least amount of stress) central at all times. He knows the market, as you would hope and expect, but is also is a naturally tactful person, able to strike up a genuine rapport with potential buyers immediately and from the off he demonstrated 'smarts' and fiscal diligence. Alongside this he is demonstrably trustworthy and transparent, keeping us in touch at every point of the process. In the end through closed bids organised by Toby we got a sum significantly over the asking price.
