We hired David to sort through the multiple choices of carpet, tile, wall coverings and cabinetry selections. He ran down tangents of different options of the electrical, layouts, cabinet design and different configurations of the floor plan. his favorite comment was let the budget decide. his question always shouldâ ve been what we would gain from deviating from building standard. This led to him missing critical deadlines and preposterous cost over runs which we primarily declined. in the end what we hired him to do, which was choices and cabinetry style color floor tile. Not sure what the other reviewer’s problem was. Dave is fantastic. He was our consultant for our first house and is now doing a full design for our second. Fun to work with, has great professional insights, and saves us from ourselves. He’s great at working with our crazy ideas and being straightforward about what will and won’t work. David designed and decorated our new condo, 11 years ago. We have since repainted and replaced our bedroom carpets with wood flooring, but have kept the same colors. We continue to receive many compliments/high praise for our decor and always acknowledge David and his wonderful work. He is excellent! More...
