I've been with kindra about 3 times now and Everytime I leave her I feel like she really listened to me and really tries to see where I'm coming from. I had been to one therapist before her who I felt didn't hear me at all and just gave me a book and told me to read it. I actually feel like with her I found someone who can actually hear me out and has helpful advice and input to help me understand myself better, and improve my life for the better. More...

I just completed the Level Up personal development course with Kindra and can honestly say that it was one of the best things I ever did for myself. The format of the course was so easy and convenient to participate in and I loved the community of women that I was able to become a part of. As a facilitator, Kindra was knowledgeable, honest, relatable, and so relevant. She was able to present the content in a way that made us all eager to dive into the work of accomplishing our goals. At the conclusion of the coursework, I felt more than prepared to pick up the ball myself and continue on my path of personal development independently. Although I did not see Kindra as a therapist I did see her for her coaching sessions. She used her skills as a therapist and was so welcoming, never once did she push me to open up. She brought clarity into my life in ways I never thought possible. She made me see my strengths and guided me on how to utilize them in real life. Kindra also helped me see how my strengths could be hurting me and taught me how to flip that. It was a true eye opener and many times left me completely in awe of how I didn't see things before. I have been able to use all the tools she taught me in my relationships with family, spouse, friends, education and in my job. If you feel like you're lost or you're asking yourself "what now?" in any situation you may be in, whether it's guidance, therapy or just to build yourself. Go see Kindra!
