We had an issue that was not easy to solve. Our power had been tripping, with no obvious cause. Jon came on day 1, then Dean came on a second day. Their expertise was second to none & both were friendly & respectful. Dean (& a very competent apprentice) was pretty sure he had solved the issue after thorough testing of everything in the house, replacing a switch in the fuse box. The fault has not returned. I wanted to say that in this day and age when everyone is so quick to moan.......I wanted to praise and send thanks and a big well done to Dean and Reece ( apologies if thats spelt wrong ) and Sam. It was nice to have nice guys working here in spite of the fact that this is for sure, not a regular property to do anything with.
