What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy helping people and businesses learn and grow.
My chosen field is very specific but in very high demand and being able to guide organisations through a technical and complex environment in a way that strengthens their business and sets them up for growth, is extremely satisfying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I found that there were too many constraints while working for other organisations, primarily in terms of poor management practices, lack of investment in organisational knowledge, unskilled senior management teams and from being undervalued - as they say 'familiarity breeds contempt'.
Since working for myself I have spent a significant amount on developing my skills in specialist areas and have worked with a multitude of businesses in many different markets. This variety and an environment of constant learning and growth is extremely motivating for me and results in a positive impact every time I engage with business owners and directors.
