I have just taken my laptop from this place, working better than ever! He successfully retrieved the data from my crushed hard drive and replaced it with an SSD drive just before an important assignment of mine. He accepted to work on Sunday just for the sake of the urgency of my situation. Additionally he gave me 1 year warranty on hardware and 1 month warranty on Windows 10 OS. My Dell laptop broke down right before exams with a black screen error. Called up Dell support, they said they would fix it but I needed to back up the data with a specialist first. Found Mr. Fadhil while looking for a repair specialist through Google Maps and brought my laptop to him to recover the data.The next day, not only had he recovered and backed up all my data and documents, but he also fixed the damn laptop free of charge!Now I don’t even have to send it back to the factory, which would have taken 2 weeks to resolve. Salaam! I highly recommend this shop and their senior engineer Mr. Sabah for answering calls straight away and for fixing my Alienware Laptop. When I was in Paris it displayed only white screen, I couldnt use it at all, I was hopeless. I have sent it in a computer repair but they were not able to coz they do not have same resolution of screen. So, my friend has recommended this shop and I researched about it in the net and alas! I found it nad I waited for just few hours, and my problem was fixed quickly and now I am actually using it right now. Mr. Sabah has explained carefully the problem , the procedure he did, what materials he used plus how to take care of my laptop. The price is just so reasonable! Absolutely satisfied. After having been told by another repair service in the area that my notebook would be beyond repair - after I had accidentally spilled water over the keyboard, what caused a massive short circuit in the mother board -, Mr. Sabah Fadhil at PC Repair Point surprisingly reversed the situation, to my complete happines. In the process, I went to PC Repair Point exactly because I realized that it had an excellent evaluation in the search engines (yes, after having gone elsewhere previously without having consulted that before), and upon arriving there I was pleasantly surprised to find Mr. Fadhil, who from the very beginning assured me that he would do his best, and who, after evaluating my PC, explained everything very clearly (i.e. the extent of the damage, and how he would repair it), offered me a fair price, and always asked me for my authorization to go through the repair steps, for he kindly went after the parts needed to ensure the best price for me. To sum up, the treatment and communication were excellent (honest and kind) from start to finish, Mr. Fadhil did more than I expected for the recovery of my notebook, the result was really surprising, and the price generous. I would highly recommend this Company, I called with problems on my mac computer. Sabah the engineer visited me within said time collected the computer and rang back with diagnosis and cost before proceeding, the cost was very reasonable. He had to order one part otherwise he would have returned same day but as promised the computer was returned to me next day in tip top condition. My Dell 2710 AllInOne refused to boot, and despite trying all the tricks on the various forums, it still wouldn't start up.
I tried Dell but they wanted to replace my motherboard and charge me a fortune, and also refused to allow me to remain on Windows 10, I would have had to fall back to Windows 8 or not have any guarantee of materials or work.
I found PC Repair Point on a Google Search, and called them up. They contacted me in quick time, and amazingly came round to my house pick up the PC. The very next day they had fixed the problem and installed the OS again and ran some checks to make sure.
I'd definitely recommend PC Repair Point, Sabah and Nameer were very good and friendly to deal with, performed very good, fast work and had very reasonable charges.
I'll definitely be returning to them for any of the computer repairs or problems that I have.

Very helpful, very kind and also with my fix, the problem ended up being much bigger than originally thought and the original quote was £60 (compared to currys PC world where to just get an estimate was £50! ) so i was ready for him to say now price is £100 but he didn't, price stayed at £60, the only difference was i collected day after early afternoon instead of evening i gave my pc to him.I extremely highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a pc repair, he will get the job done fast and will give you a very good price and not shake you off (from my experience).Thank you very much for letting me have my pc for my whole Christmas holidays Sabah, really appreciate it.
