Darren's photography was absolutley brilliant. He was so friendly and helpful and very clued up with how and where to take photos to get amazing quality photos. We asked for both stages and action shots to be taken at our wedding and this was definitely achieved with over 400 photos!! Darren arrived very early at my hotel and took photos of myself (the bride) and all of my bridal part whilst getting ready he spent lots of time with us getting to know us and making us feel comfortable with him being there. I came across Darren on the web as I was looking for a local photographer to get some portrait shots for work. Darren has a nice studio in his back garden with a range of lighting equipment. He was very welcoming and took as long as was needed to get a suitable picture - trying a variety of different backgrounds and lighting condition. I liked the result so much that a couple of weeks later I took the whole family (six of us) to have some family shots taken - both portraits and groups. Darren was very accommodating as we had to schedule it after school and his friendly manner put everyone at ease and we got some great shots. We chose Darren for the photography of our twins christening. Darren invited us to his studio beforehand to discuss our thoughts and arrange the details. On the day Darren took some really great pictures both formal ones we had suggested as well as some great informal one of everyone which really captured the mood of the day. Additionally, the day didn't quite go as planned with the original timings and Darren was really flexible and split his time coming back later to take some additional shots. 50th Birthday PartyHaving met Darren we knew that he was the perfect choice for us when choosing a photographer for my husbands 50th birthday party. He was extremely professional in the lead up to the party and throughout the day; he totally made sure that both my husband and I remained relaxed and comfortable even through we had a few nerves! Darren was great at understanding what we wanted from our photographer and he made sure that he stuck to the script but added value when the opportunity arose. Our party was one of the Darren Weston Photography's first, however you would swear that he was a seasoned veteran. If we had the chance to do it all again we would not change a thing. Darren is a very talented photographer with great finesse. He recently helped me to add breadth to my modelling portfolio with some amazing images he captured at his studio in Wootton, which as a result has enabled me to gain a variety of work. Darren has great creative direction and put a lot of effort into understanding the type of images I wanted to capture, and making these captures come to life. He made me feel immediately at ease, and was incredibly professional and hospitable.
