Had our engagement shoot today! We have never done a shoot before and felt pretty nervous abut having to pose for photos. Darrell was hilarious and made us feel so comfortable and like ourselves! Stoked!

My husband and I first met Darrell when he photographed my sister's wedding in 2012. When we got engaged in 2013, we knew right away who we wanted to be the photographer at our wedding. We just received our wedding photos from Darrell and they are absolutely stunning! He was a dream to work with right from the start. Darrell is so passionate about what he does and it is evident in his work. He was always quick to respond to my e-mails, so helpful for whatever we needed leading up to our wedding day and he had a great attitude on our big day (considering our bridal party was hard to work with, lol)!! We had a great time with the engagement shoot, and it was a great introduction to the Big Day. Darrell saved our engagement shoot when he stepped in with a day's notice to cover for a photographer we had previously made plans with. He made us feel really at ease and found ways for us to cuddle up to stay warm even though we were froze at some of our outdoor locations. Living in Ontario with a fiancé from Newfoundland, I was really excited to have some beautiful Newfoundland scenery into our photos. Our families loved them and we are so happy he made it possible! I cannot say enough about how incredible Darrell is! Not only is he extremely talented, but he is also so easygoing and professional. I had a lot of questions during the wedding planning process and Darrell was more than willing to help guide me through them all (even the ones that had little to nothing to do with photography �). My husband and I met Darrell for the first time only five days before our wedding, when we came home from NB to get married. Although we had been nervous about having photos taken, thinking we would feel awkward or uncomfortable, within moments of meeting Darrell, we felt so at ease! On the day of our wedding, he was a huge hit among our friends and family and many people continue to talk about how great he was � He was so patient, kept us on track and went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly for our photos.
