Vicki has done our family Christmas photos, every year, for the past 7 years. She did mine and my husband's engagement session, and our wedding, as well! If I could give her a million star review, I would! Her prices are very reasonable, and she is always kind, personable and listens to any ideas we have for photo poses we'd like to do! She is so fun and easy to work with! She always shows up early, and makes sure that everyone is comfortable, including my disabled father in law, who needs extra accommodations! By fluke chance we found Vicki at a wedding fair in Jackson. Our wedding was in West Point and we were trying to file someone local to capture the event. We locked her in a long time in advance and it was one best decisions we made. The package we purchased had engagement pictures as well as the day of the ceremony. The engagement photos were a ridiculously long drawn out process through no fault hers(it rained once and I got the flu twice on our scheduled days). Throughout all of it she was patient, positive and lead us in the right direction. I'm a guy. I don't care what it takes, as long as the pics turn out well. And she was able to take our location (old town Volcano) and my wife's ideas (yay Pintrest !!!) and produce some incredible images. She was also able to pull off some kind of Jedi mind trick to get my notoriously camera shy 11 month old son to cooperate. The experience of that day set us at ease.Fast forward to the wedding. She had been coaching us on occasion for the months leading up to the ceremony. Have you done this? Did you remember this? Maybe you should consider doing it this way. Every little pearl of wisdom she threw our was put to use and made our planning very streamlined. I'm not exaggerating when I say that her input was crucial in setting the schedule for the wedding day. The day of, we turned over the reigns and let her direct the flow. She's got the personality and tact to direct large groups of people into maintaining your timetable. That's what you need. She's invisible when she needs to be and clearly in charge when it's called for. And again the pictures turned out better than we had ever imagined.To sum it all up: she's reasonably priced, easy to deal with and produces and excellent finished product. Vicki of Darling Photography did a fabulous job on our daughter's wedding and engagement photo shoot this past weekend. By far, the hardest working photographer I've ever seen! Extremely creative with every shot, a very pleasant person to deal with, and treated my daughter and her new husband with such grace. Vicki is AMAZING! We got married on January 30th, 2016 and got Vicki has our photographer. She's so quick and makes you feel comfortable. The photos came out BEAUTIFUL!!! Vicki photographed my daughters senior pictures, she took over 400 pictures and didn't mind going to the venue of our choice. She was quick, professional and made it so simple. I just was married on 3-21-15 and Vicki was my photographer. I must say that it was the best decision that I made for my wedding! ! She always stays in contact, and reaching her is no problem, from text, fb, emails, phone calls, she is wonderful at communication! Not to mention how she knows exactly what to do for a wedding, where to go, how to direct, and how Vicki was the one who made me feel secure that my wedding and pictures would be great and run smoothly!! Absolutely, the BEST photographer ever!!!!! Â Vicki did our wedding last year in Moaning Cavern and our reception at the Hotel Leger. Â We loved her. Â She is extremely affordable. Â She took wonderful photographs and satisfied all of my requests including taking couple shots of each couple who attended our wedding. Â We also received the digital images in our package which is an awesome benefit. Â We plan to return to her many times in the future to take our family portraits, and any other reason I can find to get her to take more photos. Â She is soooo nice, its like having a family member take your photos. Â I can't praise or recommend her enough!!!! Â Really, you wont be disappointed!!!! More...
