Absolutely the best florist I've ever worked with! In fact Darlene is more of a flower artist than a plain Jane florist. Much better quality and presentation than "ye other florist" in Owego. She takes the time to listen and asks questions to make sure my bouquet or arrangement is exactly what I want. If I'm not sure what I want, she tosses out many options and ideas but never pressures me to choose and never does an "up-sell". Darlene will take equal care to deliver the flowers in a way that they will be received fresh and beautiful (no leaving them at the door during a hot day or in a snow storm!). The flowers last a LONG time too! If you want beautiful fresh flowers arranged with love and NOT a cookie- cutter "1-800" style then you've come to the right place. Also, Ye Other Florist in Owego will put you on a relentless and generic email list trying to sell mass produced arrangements, but NOT Darlene. I just had such a fantastic experience with Darlene, I had to come and leave a five-star review. I called her yesterday (I live in AZ) and we had a nice 15 minute conversation about my needs - she took my thoughts and created the LOVELIEST arrangement I have seen in quite some time. I called Darlene on a last minute whim because most other places were closed on a Sunday (seriously). Â I was ordering flowers for someone in Endicott and couldn't be there since I live in VA. Â Darlene was very helpful, understanding and sweet. Â I didn't really tell her what I wanted specifically but she said she would "take care of it". Â I was a little worried since I had one review to go from on yelp. Â I was not disappointed! Â I saw a picture from my sister-in-law and it was a beautiful arrangement, delivered on the same day.
