Just left a very happy customer you are grated with the best service as soon as you walk thru the door if they can fix it your wait time is an hour compare to other places that send they work out and the wait time be up to 30 days i will be back if i ever need my inbox 360 fixed again

I gotta say most tv repair shops wanted to charge $50 for a diagnosis of the problem and put that money toward the cost of repair, which they estimated at $200 to $250. Even worse, they wouldn't do the repair in my home! I would have had to transport my flat screen to their shop. Dan’s was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and came to my apartment on time the very next day. Total charge was $145 for the repair and it was done in less than an hour. With a 3-month warranty on top of everything, this service is hard to beat.Would definitely recommend him to any friends in need. More...

My 46-inch Panasonic plasma TV died on me yesterday morning. I called Panasonic and was referred to Dan’s. After I spoke with Arthur I decided to take my TV to the shop, because they have a free estimate. After an hour Arthur called me with the estimate and I agreed to have my TV fixed. Awesome! My two-month-old 40’’ Samsung stopped working on Thursday. I called Samsung immediately and was referred to Dan’s. I called them and a guy very politely told me to take the TV to the shop since it was a carry-in service. I took the TV to Dan’s TV the same day. The very next day I received a call from them. Great experience! My Sharp 60" LCD went out. Read the reviews on Google and realized they do house calls...who would've thought? Arrived promptly, as scheduled. Efficiently diagnosed the problem, but unfortunately had to order the part. Scheduled follow up on the spot. Of course, they were just as prompt the second time. TV works great now. My experience was pleasant from start to finish and the price was reasonable. These guys are great. I received my repaired TV and it still had some issues, so they drove out to my house the next morning, picked it up, repaired it and then returned it to me within the same day. Dan's saved the Day!! The bulb burnt out in our TV. I called around and not only did other places not have the bulb in stock, they were more expensive and were pushing to do a service call to install it themselves. Dan's had me in and out in 5 minutes all set with what we needed to replace it ourselves. My TV was back in working order (much better picture of course) the same day and I spent less than 1/2 of what it would've cost with the other places. I have to agree with the other positive reviews. My 70 inch SHARP 3D TV all of a sudden went dead. I called SHARP and they referred me to Dan’s TV. I was pleasantly surprised when I heard this company name. About 15 years ago I called Dan’s regarding my 36’’ table model Zenith. The tech fixed it the same day and, believe it or not, it still works! I was double surprised when I saw the same tech this time. He came to my house around 7PM same day I called and it took him 20 min to get my TV going! This is the second time this company and its leading tech Arthur (I asked his name) made me happy. I’m very glad they moved from Farnsworth to Ogden, which is even closer to my house. Wow! I’m impressed! These guys are really good. Got their phone number from Samsung and called them immediately. The guy showed up the same day around 7PM. It took him 20 min to fix my 59’’ plasma TV. He charged me just $227.54 and I was surprised. For this big TV the cost of repair seems totally fair. I’m on a tight budget and I’m very happy that Dan’s saved my TV. They have a fast and honest service and I would recommend them to anybody, especially to people with tight budget. More...
