Since starting Reach in September 2018, I've become stronger, fitter and alot more confident in myself. Becoming part of the reach team has been a lifestyle change but not one I've begrudged, instead, something ive really enjoyed. The people that go have become another friendship group, we encourage each other and you feel part of it, no matter your level or fitness. I would 100% recommend Reach to anyone looking to improve their fitness, if youre willing to put in the effort, you will get results. More...

I have been training with Cat from Reach for just 6 months. I see myself very much as a beginner after years of attempting the gym and feeling completely intimidated by the Lycra and complicated looking equipment! Picking up the phone to Reach was the hardest part. I have literally transformed my opinion of health and fitness in an incredibly short space of time. The sessions are highly personalised, structured and focussed on what I want to achieve. Cat is absolutely fantastic at pushing me in the right direction to ensure I get the best results. I don’t do the 1 to 1 nutrition it may be something I choose to add to my fitness plan in the future, however Dan is still on hand for support and advice to steer me in the right direction which is always appreciated. I am seeing fantastic results in six months having lost 2.5 stone and half a metre off my body with a sensible, realistic exercise and fitness plan, combined with highly effective nutritional advice. As a result, a few weeks ago I wore a skirt for the first time in a billion years!! I have been training with Cat at Reach for over 18 months now. I am beyond delighted with my results - there’s no fad diets or unrealistic training plans, just structured and effective sessions combined with a really supportive environment which produces fantastic results. Cat is an excellent trainer who always makes the sessions fun even when I don’t feel like training. I have also taken part in the one to one nutrition programme with Dan. It is ridiculously good value for money and Dan is literally by your side every step of the way to offer knowledge and support. I decided to join Reach almost two years ago. Initially this was to lose weight but I soon realised that not only was I losing weight but I was also starting to feel much fitter and stronger! After about a year things started to slow down and I plateaued and I was no longer losing weight and centimetres. Although I had known about the nutrition coaching for a while I was hesitant about starting it as I didn't want to be told what I had to eat and I didn't want to have to start preparing food just for me - had to fit in with our family. Also at that time I don't think I had the right mindset to do it but I knew that I didn't want to give up.Following a discussion with Dan I decided to give it a go. It was the right time, at the beginning of a new year and I haven't looked back since. It's not what I thought it would be!The weight training and the nutritional advice has worked together and now my body is much slimmer, stronger and I have muscle definition but don't look BIG. I am both healthier and fitter, which helps with family outdoor activities and demands at work.Something that has surprised me even more is that from having had two c-sections my fold of skin is toning and disappearing. WOW! I have abs! My legs also look good in shorts. In fact my body is totally transformed. I wouldn't want anyone to think that this has been easy. I have had to work hard to achieve these results but they are so worthwhile. This has now become part of my lifestyle. My aim is to maintain what I have achieved and I am able to have treats, fitting them into my daily allowance. I am now feeling the benefits .Being a member of Reach is enjoyable. Just love my weekly bootcamp fix!!
I'm a newbie really to any form of weights yet don't feel out of my depth amongst the varying abilities.
Megan is knowledgeable, encouraging, friendly and I'm currently at my lowest weight in a couple years and friends are noticing the changes and it just brilliant.

I first started training with Danny about 12 months ago. I’d always kept myself pretty fit by running and cycling but had fallen off the wagon and seriously needed someone to get me back on track. In a nut shell, training with Danny has been the best investment in my health and fitness I have ever made. He has really changed my attitude to exercise and diet and I feel much stronger, fitter and healthier than I have ever done before. With Danny’s motivation and encouragement, I completed my first triathlon last year, something I had always wanted to do but had never had the courage. I think Danny’s secret is the fact that he’s not a one trick horse, he’s an all-round athlete himself and as such an inspiration to the people he trains. He certainly has been and continues to be for me! So, whether you’re a regular person just wanting to get fit, a cyclist, runner, cross fitter wanting to improve your performance, Danny will inspire you to do so! I can't recommend Danny enough as a trainer. He's not only knowledgeable about his trade but it's clear that it's also a great passion of his. This is certainly evident in the programmes and classes he devises. All achievements are recorded which makes it easy to set personal goals but also shows how much progress has been made. I personally have found this to be the greatest motivation. He's got a great rapport with all his clients making classes fun as well as functional. More...

Dan at Reach Personal Training has been my saviour over the last few months. Signing up to one of his plans which contain nutritional meals and exercise I have lost weight and my body is getting toned. I have more confidence & his knowledge/enthusiasm is definitely rubbing off so much so I want to be in the gym! I have been training with Dan now for just over 5 months and absolutely love it. I have never felt or looked fitter and my diet is pretty good too. Dan is a great mentor and teacher and is extremely knowledgable in his field of expertise. I have reached goals I never thought possible in all aspects of fitness and I love the progress I am making. Training with Dan has being a total lifestyle change, but the best one. I have run further than ever before, learnt new techniques and it has all been fun. Dan has upped my personal goals and made me hungrier for more.
The best part is Dan is a great genuine guy who has his clients interests at heart and is always on hand for advice.
Dan has totally changed my mindset on fitness and training and now I thrive on it and love the new challenges. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone wanting to get fit and incorporate fitness in to their everyday life.

I am busy in life and work but exercise is my sanctuary. I have done alot of boxing in the past and still remain to train there but then i heard about Reach boot camps and its exactly what i wanted, to change my body shape and get the right motivation! I got exactly what it said on the tin..
A great team and a brilliant coach, we have a have laugh and are seeing some brilliant results.
Personally im so pleased! Ive lost 9 cm off my chest/back in 6weeks, happy is an understatement infact ive signed up for the next round of training.
Ive nothing put positivity and praise for these guys.

I was going to start to write about the personalised, structured and well planned sessions I receive from Danny. I was also going to mention how each session is varied, tailored to my current targets, ultimate goals and current fitness level.

I could also mention that Danny has been able to both motivate and push me to working towards my goals but is also very supportive. His depth of knowledge on fitness training and nutrition is informative, helpful and reassuring.

However, I'm not going to write about any of that. I would like to tell you about loosing over 2 stone in weight and of the unbelievable confidence I have gained from it - no longer hate looking the mirror or having my photo taken.

I am going to tell you about feeling uncomfortable and awkward in size 20 clothes to now easily fitting in size 16 - even have a couple of size 14 tops!

I am going to tell you about struggling to run even 100m to now running regularly and able to complete distances of 5 - 10 km.

I am going to tell you that I haven't yet reached my goals but feel I have the key to success - personal training with Danny!

I decided to join the Reach program just over 8 weeks ago. I had hit rock bottom with my health, depression and self-loathing.

Something had to change. I had to change. I joined the 8 week boot camp. That first day I was terifyed, I didn't know what to expect and how I would be received. I was met by Cat (Personal Trainer) with a warm friendly smile. Cat and the other members of the group were so supportive and encouraging through each session. Dan has been really supportive and patient with me while I have been getting to grips with my nutrition.

I am still under construction body, mind and soul and have signed up for a lifetime membership. (No getting shut of me now, ha) I have lost 16lb in just over 8 weeks and feeling better about myself. Only you can make the change, however with a fantastic team like the Reach team behind you, you are sure to succeed in your goals.

I have been training with Reach for 8 months now and I love it! Every session is hard (in a good way) but every session is different so you don’t get bored! I have learnt so much about training and nutrition. The Reach coaches are fab and they make sure you get the most out of each training session.

Over the years I have tried tons of fitness classes and weight loss programmes. Slimming world, buggy fit, spinning, kettlebell, body pump. .. the list goes on. I always got bored. Usually because it stopped working or I didn’t feel connected to anyone there. I was on my own with no idea what I was doing.

Reach is different. I love it! I’ve been a member for 10 months and I don’t think I’ve ever done the same class twice. The trainers Dan, Megan & Cat are just fab. So welcoming and encouraging, no matter what your experience or fitness level. They make it work for you. And they are so motivating and push you each week to progress towards your goals. I’m stronger, fitter and more toned than ever, though I’ve still got a long way to go. But I feel good about myself for once in my life! I’m even running on non Reach days, and I’m not a runner � Even the small progress is celebrated at Reach.
Thanks Dan, Megan and Cat. And all the other reach members who are like one big family, always welcoming and encouraging newbies week after week. �
Do yourself a favour and see what it’s about. You won’t look back. I can’t imagine not going there. 5 �

This is the second review I have written, I reviewed my initial post and was disappointed I’d not put as much effort into it as the team at Reach had put into my transformation. The first review was generic and didn’t come close to reflecting what the team at Reach have helped me achieved.
It was my son’s first day at school and I dropped him off feeling emotional, what should have been a proud moment was shrouded in embarrassment and self-loathing. I looked like shit in my usual black outfit and tried desperately to hide my body behind a five-year-old child, needless to say at pushing 20 stones it didn’t work! That was the final straw, I decided I needed to change.
I contacted Reach and I turned up at bootcamp on Friday 8th September 17, weighing nearly 20 stones absolutely terrified of what I’d got myself into. I look back now and that was one of the best decisions I have ever made, I know everyone says that, but truly the benefits have been endless.
I am now confident to walk across the playground at school and chat with the other mums, I can shop in every high street clothes store, I can comfortably sit on the train without encroaching on the person on the seat next to me, I can run 5k and I can lift heavy shit. I could go on forever listing all the activities losing weight and training at Reach has enabled me to do, however all the above are not essential to me or my happiness.
What I cherish and will never be able to thank Dan and the team enough for is that I am now the person I was when I met my husband 10 years ago, a happy, confident woman. I am the best role model I can be for my children and my Mum and Dad no longer must worry about my health and weight.
I am living the best possible life I can live and Reach Personal Training made that happen.

I started with Reach in October last year going to 2 sessions per week for 8weeks. When that bootcamp finished I went to 3 sessions per week and since March I became a Reach Lifer doing 6 sessions a week and I absolutely love it.

Dan, Cat and Megan are brilliant coaches, guiding you to perform exercises correctly whilst making it fun and enjoyable. Whilst I haven't had much weight to lose my body shape has changed due to nutrition, help, guidance and motivation (from both coaches and other members) and I have gained muscle definition and I look good �

Everybody's aim is different but we are all there for the same reason - to get fit, lose weight and feel good about yourself. We are one big happy family and I'm so glad I made the decision to join. I would definitely recommend Reach Personal Training - first class ���

I contacted Danny as I really needed some guidance to get me back on the road to a healthy lifestyle. Danny made a bespoke fitness plan, taking into account my individual goals and needs. Six weeks on and I am now able to run further distance than I have ever managed in the past, and I am getting stronger weekly.
