Everyone has a perfect body in mind and making sure you want it for a reason is the most important aspect of a goal is the carrot hanging out there every day
Doesn’t matter what the reason is, it could be something as simple as getting in to your old jeans or as time sensitive as a wedding day.
What do you love most about your job?
If you have never done a before and after picture that shows you changing so dramatically that others see it, this makes what I do so rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been working with others to achieve their goals since I was in high school sports, not only the weight lifting but the nutritional side, what makes the body work and how better it can exercise build, and recover depending on what you put in it.
