I started my PT training with Dan in May, I have always been a member of a gym but was looking to be pushed beyond my boundaries. I was also very keen to learn more on nutrition. Dan has a vast knowledge and was there 24/7 with advice. Dan is excellent at motivating you, he even managed to motivate me doing leg sessions, as Dan knows it's my least favorite excersise � Dan has taught me to have a healthy balance with food, and eat whatever you want in moderation. I had not realised how many calories I was consuming at weekends with alcohol, so have cut that down , I feel healthier for doing that.
