What’s your interior design process?
A typical project flow would start with a one to one consultation to identify the project brief, to gain an understanding of the client, the fabric of the building and style. Upon appointing me as a designer layouts, sketches and floor plans would commence and meetings with various suppliers and trades to get the project started. When a scope of work and budget is identified we would cover everything from sourcing materials, lighting design, FF&E procurement and installation and project management. This includes kitchen, bathroom design, furniture, upholstery, art and accessories. A turn key service!
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
At Danielle Sinclair Design we design for living. The homes we create are an extension of our clients personality and there is nothing more exciting than being able to visually translate their brief.
Our style is timeless interiors, we source classic and contemporary furniture and fittings and use complimentary palettes and many textures. We love to inject personality into our schemes, incorporating a clients much loved pieces and using local boutique suppliers to give a project real character.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything!! People! I feel particularly lucky to work with so many talented trades in the business and so many lovely homeowners.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My Dad, he's a builder and I've always been known as the builders daughter!
Why should our clients choose you?
As a small design firm (with big dreams) we design across many styles of houses, and these concepts translate across urban and city projects, but we always offer an aesthetic which is not trend driven, but built to last. Our service is very personal, I'm creating homes for people to live in, this is personal!

I do a combination of both, if a client needs a quick update I can do this on Zoom or Facetime. I am very flexible project to project, I use modern design and project management practices, some online and some offline.
