We attended a Wedding on the 20th December and I must praise the staff for there service from reception bar staff waiting staff could not have been more friendly or helpful the food service for the reception and the disco at night was both hot and tasty. The breakfast was also hot and plenty to choose from even though a few of us were feeling a bit fragile I will have no doubts about recommending this hotel to any of my friends. More...

Very good overall but the breakfast was a bit crappy. Sausages not very nice and the fried eggs were not well cooked.

First and foremost the food was very good. The staff were helpful when we asked to change tables due to a draft. That would be my biggest criticism is that the restaurant is situated next to a private function room so staff are having to go back and forth through the restaurant. A main door, albeit automatic, also opens into the restaurant from a draughty corridor. This aside we have always had good food and drink but it isn't cheap so maybe revamping the layout, if possible, would make the experience a little more special. More...

Another lovely stay at Kings Court Hotel. Great room and evening meal was tasty etc. My only criticism would be that the bacon and sausages are under-done at breakfast. It would be better to have a selection with some well done ones too ! Highly recommended and we will be back ! More...

Bedroom & facilities very good. Pub/restaurant meal overpriced for what it was & service slow, wrong starter served then charged for it on checking out, but this was rectified by receptionist after we queried the bill. The decor and style of the hotel is lovely and the sofas in the bar were very comfy! The food was tasty and nice. We were at a private function that had a good choice of food and was happy with my choices. Most of the staff were super friendly and chatty - one was either in a bit of a rush or keen to go home as gave off a bad vibe and that we were to move from the event we were at and to be out of the way! Also rushed past us whilst she was trying to clear up and then almost took an elderly lady with a stick off her feet...there had been a reason we were hanging back and walking slowly! Overall a lovely night and venue. More...

We were visiting Coughton Court NationalTrust, it’s only a couple of miles from this hotel, so decided to stay the night, rather than a 4 hour drive each way to home. |We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was to stay, we had a premium room in the kings court block, rooms are quite big, well appointed, very comfortable beds and quiet.|The staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate, plenty of choices, and all very nicely presented.|Lots of parking, and very easy to find, sitting just off the main road.|We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area, which has many national trust and private attractions to visit. Recently stayed at this hotel for the second time, the occasion being a party both times. The rooms are very spacious comfy beds and even though we were on the ground floor, overlooking the car park amazingly quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful, resident disco playing to personal tastes and we had the finger buffet which was plentiful and most tasty.Breakfast is included in the reasonable price and was indeed a well varied meal, whether you just fancied a continental or a full English,it was all laid out for you to choose.Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, you will not be disappointed More...

We were visiting Coughton Court, the National Trust place once home to the very Catholic Throckmortons (the gunpowder plotters stayed there for a night while attempting to escape, but that's another story). We stayed at Kings Court for just a night, not really sure what to expect as the website said "old farmhouse" but most of the pics looked modern. First impression is of an extended pub, redesigned to make the most of an extended site. And that's what it pretty much is, but it's all new and shiny. The room we stayed in was huge. Lots of floorspace, big Windows on two sides and a vast bed (a faux four-poster) with a lot of cushions and throws. Very designer, if not all understated, but great value. Downstairs the bar and restaurant are big and airy and feel quite grand. The food was good too. I had a grilled halibut which was great and slightly unusual, the sort of thing you don't cook for yourself. There is apparently a health centre too, though we didn't find it. Good value! More...

Arrived after a day out at Charlecote Park (Nat Trust). Hotel was easy to find approximately 7 miles from Stratford Upon Avon. |Check in was efficient and welcoming, and my room was clean with all the usual facilities.||I decided to try the restaurant for dinner and as a female on my own. I can say I was made welcome and felt very comfortable. It was very clean and the waiting staff were very friendly and courteous and the food I ordered was delicious. There was a new girl being trained and it was nice to see her being nurtured in her role, and it all felt very calm and efficient.||I had asked for a quiet room and the room itself was quiet, just a shame about other guests who seem to forget they are not at home,( banging doors, talking loudly and running about late at night). Not the Hotel's fault though!||Breakfast again in a spotless restaurant, was delicious buffet style with a good selection suitable for everyone.|The only criticism is that for a Sunday, I found 8-9.30am a bit on the early side, as I do not like to be last down.||Checkout again was efficient and friendly. I felt I received value for money in a clean, comfortable and friendly Hotel and I would return. More...

Let me start sorry with the ONLY negative - the road noise. Maybe one should ask for a room away from the front but since i was a special (amazing! ) very last minute deal i didnt really feel qualified :-)To The Manager :Maybe some trees at the front? I think the manager should set up a school for how to train hotel staff.Just brilliant. Breakfast to die for.Charming converted stable room - or should i say apartment. They do a deal : effectively 20% off the food (dont forget to sign it off each time) which makes the already-reasonable priced - delicious simple food - actually cheap.Id stay again More...

We can not fault our Sunday night stay at this hotel. We were met by a very friendly and helpful receptionist on arrival. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the car park is huge . We ate the Sunday roast in the evening and it was brilliant in quality and quantity. We also had a very nice dessert each. Restaurant/bar staff were attentive and friendly and our meal was served in a timely fashion. We had a good night’s sleep. The breakfast selection was very good and the waitress was attentive and had a pleasant manner. She was cheerful and nothing seemed too much trouble. Checkout was swift, friendly and efficient.
