Daniel Cigman is an accredited and experienced psychotherapist working in Bloomsbury and Dalston. He is accredited with the UK Council for Psychotherapy and Professional Standards Authority, on their accredited register.

Therapy leads to a greater awareness, a deeper sense of acceptance and a kindness towards ourselves. The foundations of the therapeutic relationship are built on dialogue, trust and an affinity between the two of us. One that grows over time. It’s both confidential and non-judgemental. There’s a professional frame that holds us. It's a process of listening and acknowledging. There's an openness too in allowing what may emerge to emerge safely, with a quality of care.

I practice from two locations. In Bloomsbury, between Russell Square and Holborn stations and Dalston, nearby both overground stations. Where face to face work isn’t practicable, I may see clients via Skype.
