Very friendly and welcoming.I was a bit worried when I first decided to use this tailors - I'm female and wear plus size clothes so tailors are not my usual choice. I needn't have worried, I was greeted and made feel welcome straight away.My requirements were listened to, suggestions made, measurements taken and order placed and I felt at ease during the whole process.My jacket was ready for first fitting within 10 days, not long to second fitting and finished item ready by the date agreed.I have since returned for other items including a top for a special occassion. This was completely bespoke, I had an idea and described what I imagined and it was made for me.This is a small shop and you may walk past and not notice it but it's a little treasure. Igor is delightful and will put you at ease but he is professional and will do his best to provide what you want. The service he provides is second to none, from his first visit to my home to the fittings at his shop he couldn't have been more professional. When searching for a bespoke tailor to make my waistcoat for my wedding day we came across "Dandylion Style” the web site offered just what we were looking for and we were not disappointed. Igor was great, helping us pick the colours to tone with our scheme and suggesting which weight fabrics would be suitable as were we getting married in the Caribbean. We made several visits for fitting purposes and Igor always made us feel welcome, even our mad puppy was more than welcome. We also made several changes to the waistcoat during the process and each time Igor was more than happy to accommodate those changes so the finished item not only fitted perfectly but looked fabulous too so we could not have asked for more. The fabric quality being 100% Egyptian Cotton is really felt while wearing it.

The first fitting was perfect and no alternations were needed which made me super happy.

What can I say? My whole experience from start to finish was fantastic! Everything I asked for was completed within great time and precise organisation. My suit was not conventional I suppose with 3 buttons, 12 button cuffs, non standard pockets, 5" side vents, but everything was absolutely perfect. Igor's help with the choice of cloth and lining was really helpful and the comments that were made by friends and family were superb..... top quality! I couldn't have wished for a more luxurious suit with someone who listened to my needs.

I really didn't know what to expect when I ventured into Dandylion but from the first moment I/we were made most welcome and put at our ease. Igor chatted in his brilliantly informal but informative manner and before to long we were designing a jacket for a very excited new customer. Now, I can say it is being worn with pride and it has been noticed and commented on by many people already. From the moment my husband and I walked in to Dandylion Style, the tailor/proprietor introduced himself immediately with a very welcoming smile, which put both of us at ease.
The reason for our visit was to purchase a bespoke suit for our daughter's wedding. Igor is my suit-hero. I simply can't praise or recommend him highly enough. Our whole experience with Igor, at Dandylion Style, has been beyond excellent; all the way from our initial meeting, to the finished article. Simply beyond excellent.
We found Igor via glowing reviews and pictures online, and went to meet him at his shop. Straight away we felt welcomed, at home, and very happy to have met Igor. He was flexible to accommodate our visit, and friendly, courteous with a great sense of humour.
We set about designing a suit for our wedding, with little fuss, great attention to detail and help (I needed a lot of help here, not being stylistically gifted myself)
Igor set our expectations on when everything would be ready, and sure enough delivered exactly when he said he would, with great communications and flexibility.
Not only did we visit his shop, he also went out of his way to do fittings and deliveries to our house, which was a phenomenal service.
Here's a real example of how Igor excels at his job - I was a total fool; the day before we were due to get married, I decided to try on my whole outfit, only to find that I needed it adjusting. Initially I dismissed any chance of this, as it was my stupid fault for not checking earlier, and I assumed I'd just have to live with it. I messaged Igor to let him know I'd need it taken in slightly after the wedding, and picking up on my mild distress, he got back within 15 minutes (just after 6am in the morning!) asking when he can collect it to take care of the alteration. This is literally a last-minute, same-day alteration of my jacket, the day before our wedding - never in my wildest dreams did I think this was possible. But sure enough, with a smile on his face, Igor arrived at my house to collect my jacket, measure me up (forcing me to triple check the fitting!) and whisked it away. It came back 4 hours later, looking absolutely perfect. I was blown away by this. My own stupid fault for not checking sooner, meant a huge amount of effort and trouble for Igor, but he took it in his stride and delivered me a perfect suit, so I could feel top-notch on my wedding day.
I fear this review can only convey a fraction of my huge gratitude, but if you've got this far in reading, then by now I hope you know what a gem you'll find in Igor. I can't rate him highly enough and I know I will be back as soon as I can.
