The guys turned up exactly at the agreed time, completed the job to a high standard in good time and caused very little disruption during the install. Whilst Dan did an ok job installing some AC units we have now been waiting over 6 months for the electrical work paperwork to be signed off by his electrician. I have chased countless times and had excuse after excuse as to why it hasn’t happened yet. Dan hasn’t proactively contacted me once, it is constantly me that’s chasing. Very disappointed with the frustrating lack of service for this final stage of the installation. Would not recommend Dan on this basis. More...

We had to ask him back after a day as the neighbour didn't like where we had placed the unit, fortunately he was able to return the following day which was great news!
