Dana agreed on a job with me , I confirmed a day prior and she simply did not turn up on the day . I tried calling her she picks says hello and drops the phone . Never made contact since then . The most irresponsible cleaner ever... we fixed cleaning time several times and she missed it each and every time... when I called her on the day she is supposed to come she said she was on another job. .
