We hired Scattolini Brothers to remodel a horrible, ugly, outdated bathroom. Dan met with a clipboard to take notes on the ideas we had and within 24 hours we had a contract ready to sign. Al kept in contact with us almost daily providing updates. I was extremely impressed with his communication skills. The workers were kind and friendly and the finished product is fantastic. We had a garage assembled by Scattolini Bros from kit. They cleared out our old decrepit shed, put down a concrete pad, assembled the garage and ran electrical for the garage door opener and a few outlets. They added needed extras on their own initiative (ramp into garage, steps, lighting). The work was completed in less than 8 work days (their original estimate) and the price was lower than estimated, accurate and quite reasonable.We have had great difficulty obtaining services in our 22 years here on a resort barrier island (Avalon) in South New Jersey. Scattolini Bros showed up, did the job and left taking all construction extras with them. I can't overemphasize how important it is that someone shows up!!! Scattolini Brothers completed a total renovation of my condominium at the shore. Their workmanship is impeccable and on-time. Dan and Al are always available to discuss the status of the work. They worked with me on everything -- appliances, flooring, fixtures, painting, lighting and overall design. All of their workers were polite, neat and worked well with building management. We had our master bathroom in our condo recently renovated by Scattolini Brothers. Dan and Al were amazing through the entire process, including changes that we requested to the scope. The job was completed quickly and we were kept informed of progress and contacted if key decisions were needed. The craftsmanship is excellent, new walk in tile shower, fixtures, vanity, we couldn’t be happier. We will be using them again soon to renovate our other bathroom. We have used Scattolini Brothers for a number of jobs around our property, both large and small. Appointments to provide quotes are made then kept faithfully. On only one instance was there a delay in Dan's arrival due to an emergency, and he called several hours ahead to reschedule then faithfully kept the new time. Most recently, we needed a window replaced. When Dan inspected the area to give the quote, he noted some subtle signs of damage that we didn't even suspect, leading to the removal and replacement of extensive rotted wood inside a wall due to water infiltration that had probably been going on since the house was built. (This was real--we were on site and saw the rotted wood coming down including a 2 by 12 rotted more than halfway thru.) They also have completed a full kitchen remodel for us, which we are quite satisfied with. The workers were courteous and respectful of our need to continue living in the house. They created an open concept first floor, a complete kitchen renovation, refinished our hardwood floors, and restored an aged deck with all new Azek planks and railings. Dan did a great job with all of the design work and Al and his crew did a fantastic job with renovations. They kept me informed through out the job and accommodated any changes we had along the way. We hired Scatollini bros to re do our kitchen. We thought since our kitchen was small that we would have to settle for the basic layout . However Dan came out and showed us ways we can have everything we wanted even in a small kitchen. He measured everything And even gave us a computerized rendering showing us exactly how the kitchen would look. After we agreed on a layout we went to his showroom and picked out the cabinets and the granite. After few weeks we had our dream kitchen. Scattolini Brothers was referred to me by a neighbor. I was interested in an addition with a new kitchen. Dan, the owner came out to give me an estimate himself. He was on time for our first appointment, and every appointment from that point on. Dan's professionalism, and experience was evident, as his ideas, designs, and advice were keys to the success of our project. When the work began, Dan's employees, (no subcontractors) were courteous, neat, and experienced. The quality of the work is beyond our expectations. The price was competitive, and Scattolini Brothers gave us a 10 year written warranty on all of the workmanship, in addition to the product warranties as they applied. Dan surprised us even more when he advised that if we sold our home, the warranty was transferable to the new owners when the time came.
