I have used Daniel (Dan) for many things such as: mounting my TV and hiding the wires in the wall, setting up my Roku, moving my chandelier, hanging my ceiling fan, changing our my doorknobs, changing my tall lightbulbs inside & outside, installing a keypad on my front door, putting together my daughter's swing set, setting up my new garage door openers and that's just to name a few things. ?". Honestly, he can do pretty much everything. I am friends with his wife, and one day she let me "borrow" him for my "honey-do" list. His hourly rates are comparable to the other handymen out there, and he works quickly (unlike many handymen). Most importantly, his work is SUPERB! He always cleans up his messes unlike other contractors, and he takes calls until 7:00 pm where as other contractors close at 5:00 pm. I hate going to Home Depot or Lowe's because I can never find what I'm looking for in that giant "man's heaven," so it's awesome that Dan will actually go to those places for me to buy what I need using his credit card. He just adds it to your bill. You can also pay by credit card which is a plus for me. He is set up through his phone. My next jobs for him will be installing a ring camera system with doorbell & Wi-Fi cameras and motion detector floodlights. I trust him to pick out my items for me because he knows what works the best, and he can order it online to get his conftractor's discount. Also, it is very important to note that he is also licensed, bonded and insured, which is crucial when hiring a handyman because most handymen aren't.
