What do you love most about your job?
I love to be help people and advise on the issues they are having in their home. I am more interested in solving a problems and providing impartial advise. If there is not a problem then I will not try to make one just to get a job!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had worked in the industry and decided I could provide a better customer experience than many other tradesmen who do not turn up when they are supposed to and do not even bother to notify the customer or return calls.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am focused on the customer having the best service possible even though our work is intrusive and messy I aim to minimise this disruption to a customer home and am always willing to work with the customer to be able to achieve the desired results.
