How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Will need to check depth/width of floor/footings to make sure it would be suitable for a residential wall
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
If floor is suitable then may need another skin of block or brick with 100mm cavity, remove roof and replace with new normally a different pitch 1st fix, board and plaster 2nd fix, decorate
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Most will be suitable just depends on the existing structure as to cost differences, like a house with lots of intenal wall would be less than some with big open spaces
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Getting steels in is main priority then timber frame and floor then u have a good ground to work off for rest of works, adjusting roof were applicable, putting in ceiling joists stud walls, 1st fix, board,insulate, plaster 2nd fix decorate

If I’m honest I was sick of doing all the work and making other people the money, I wanted to make it for myself and family
