Well run, well informed, great communication. They ensured that we were right for the dogs and the dogs were right for us. Happy to rehome from them in the future. The two we took in have settled in well. More...

It's nice to have the option to be confidential, and Damian really respects that, but I'm proud of every step I've taken with his support and it deserves to be mentioned. 7 months ago I started with Damian from a 'not so good' place, and it was a massive step and a challenging thing to do, but it has been the most beneficial and profound thing I've ever done with my life.I'm emotional today because I am in the best place I have ever been, and I've really invested in me. With his support, I have come to a place where fulfilment in life actually appears to be a real thing! I spent the day taking myself to lunch, and spent my evening on the water watching the sun set, and I'm now relaxing in my new space on the beach, happier than ever, strong and independant and truly happy in myself for the first time. I am 23, and I have got my s**t together! and this lovely man has played a massive massive part in that and I look forward all the growth to come. Invaluable service. Invaluable support. This man has the biggest heart in the world. So much gratitude to him. More...

Psychotherapy
Affordable Therapy Service provides high quality psychotherapy, delivered by therapists who are in training with the Welsh Psychotherapy Partnership Ltd. Trainees are undertaking an Advanced Diploma (Masters) in Integrative or Gestalt Psychotherapy and are in regular clinical supervision.
Sessions with a trainee psychotherapist offer an environment in which you can express your feelings and gain a deeper insight into your issues. Psychotherapy sessions are a safe place to talk about things you might not feel comfortable discussing with anyone else. The aim is to help you find better ways to cope, or to bring about changes in the way you think and behave that will improve your mental and emotional well-being as well as your quality of life.
I work with adults on a short or long term basis, to provide therapy under the Affordable Therapy Service operated by the Welsh Psychotherapy Partnership Ltd. It is my aim to provide you with a meaningful opportunity to explore your personal & relational issues in a safe environment, where I will aim to facilitate, support and guide you without judgement or prejudice.
I receive regular clinical supervision from a senior clinical supervisor, who is responsible for assessing my competence and reviewing my professional practice.
