Absolute legend I saved up over the past 6 months I managed to get my hands on a RTX4090 and I got all top end cpu and fans and case to go with it . I tried to build it all myself at first but I just wasn't confident enough to go all the way I found Daves number on Google I gave him a call and he told me to come down straight away and two days later he had fully built my set up flawlessly. I recently visited Dave due to my Gaming PC having a fried motherboard. Dave was great with my PC, explained all problems greatly without using "Computer Talk". I thought i had a computer issue that my brother couldn't fix, I found David on Google and he was lovely, professional and thorough. Unfortunately we later found out the issue wasn't with My PC but rather with a game I was trying to play. David tested my system to the max and found nothing wrong. He didn't charge me for the service which I thought was very kind. His knowledge left me feeling happy that the issue wasn't with my computer. I was recently put in touch with Dale PCs as my laptop is getting on abit and going very slow. I found Dave to be a very genuine person who was there to help and support not just to take my money whether he could do the job or not. He loves his job and really knows what he's doing. We discussed my needs, he also said that if he felt it wasn't worth doing he would let me know and could offer me a new laptop for a very reasonable cost. I left my laptop with Dave on the Tuesday and picked it up on the Thursday. Dave put in a new hard drive updated the ram and cleaned up all the dust etc for a very reasonable cost. He also added all the things I needed like printer and cutting machine which made it so very easy for me to reinstall when I got home again. Its not just a case of going home and that's it Dave also offers ongoing support. Now my laptop is running great it doesn't need winding up. One very happy customer. my desktop computer was crashing phoned dales pc and within an hour he had found the fault replaced part and computer was fixed also tested all parts for faults and for a very reasonable price thanks dale all running great

Can't speak highly enough of this business. First I was considering going to a highstreet business, but decided on Dale PCs due to promixity and the urgency of the fix. David was extremely helpful, professional and had my problem sorted out within the day. He has also been extremely kind and helpful in giving me tips on upgrading in the future at no extra cost. I'm now so, so glad I did not go to a highstreet store as I'd have been charged way more and probably have been conned in to spending without need.David on the otherhand, is fair in parts and labour, friendly and thorough.
