About Daksha Patel Life Coach
I am a Transformational Life Coach. I empower my clients to be the best that they can be, both in their personal and professional lives. My life coaching programme focuses on creating lasting inner change, so that the external changes you want in life, such as career, relationships, motivation, self-confidence, reducing stress and anxiety or having greater peace and happiness, happen more easily and effortlessly.
After each coaching session with me you will feel uplifted and empowered, giving you the boost and momentum you need to move forward in your life.
I offer face-to-face, Skype or phone life coaching sessions. The face-to-face sessions are held at my private consulting rooms in Old Street or in the quiet area at The Royal Festival Hall. The life coaching programmes are tailored to each client, lasting either 6, 9 or 12 weeks. Each session is for 1 hour each week. I also offer single ad hoc sessions, as and when you want them, keeping your costs down, yet still giving you the chance to work with a professional and qualified life coach.
What my clients say:
"I can't recommend the services of Daksha enough. It should be a must for anyone who wants to progress towards the path of self-development. I am really impressed by the results I've achieved, in such as short timeframe" - Thierry - Risk Transformation Consultant
"The mind is an incredibly powerful tool, most people will never know how so. Daksha can help you realise it but most importantly, she helps you use it to achieve some truly incredible things. I would estimate that after only four sessions the programme has paid for itself ten times over." - Alex - Director
"Daksha has the rare gift of making you feel like you're the most interesting person she's met. I always come away feeling uplifted and encouraged. I would recommend Daksha for her honesty and insights". - Mark Sullivan - Senior Lawyer

Daksha Patel Life Coach Q&A
What do you love most about your job?
I love inspiring people to live the life they truly want and be the person they already know they are. I love seeing my clients change from the inside out, right before my eyes. They are truly courageous and inspiring and every client shows me how capable and magnificent we all are. My work is purposeful and fulfilling. I was recently asked by a friend, when I expected to retire and I said 'I don't think I ever will'. My job doesn't feel like work. It's my purpose. I love it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Four years ago, I was working as a recruitment consultant in the City. Fast paced, long hours and great pay. I really enjoyed it and then unexpectedly I began to feel demotivated. I couldn't put my finger on it. My Director offered me a pay rise. He even offered me a new role, a new team to work with, and even paid leave to help get me re-charged, motivated and back on track. They were good to me, except I wasn't being good to myself. I wasn't listening to me. For a few months I accepted these 'solutions'. It was easy. But yet it wasn't. Going into work everyday was difficult. The job and I were no longer in sync. So for the first time, I began to pay attention to what was happening inside of me, rather than riding along with easy, quick fix solutions, provided by others. I began to look into coaching. I started to write an email to a coaching company requesting some information. When I went to put the email address, in, it automatically completed it. Had I emailed them before? I went into my sent items and put in the address and an email popped up. One that I had sent 10 years ago, to the same organisation, requesting the same information! I had no recollection of this. But here it was. A 10 year old email that read exactly the same as the one I had just sent a few minutes ago. I knew then that what you are interested in or passionate about will continue to knock on the door of your consciousness until you answer it. So this time I answered. I enrolled on a post graduate coaching course the next day, which started the following month. It was the only coaching course I wanted to do, but it meant that I had to hand in my notice immediately. I quietened my mind and inside it felt good. This idea felt good. I felt excited and nervous simultaneously and I felt at peace with it. So the next day I handed in my notice and here I am today. Becoming a Life Coach has been the best career move I have ever made.
You already know what you love doing, are passionate about or interested in. And the answer isn't with others or out there. It's within you.
Why should our clients choose you?

As your Life Coach, I will always support you, ask insightful questions, listen to you (like you've never been listened to before), provide powerful insights and champion you every step of the way. I am your no-nonsense friend and I am on your side, even when you may not be. My only commitment is to your commitment to make the change you want. My style is positive, funny, honest and warm, bringing energy and light-heartedness to those I work with.
What my clients say:
"Daksha has the skills, energy and enthusiasm to provide the necessary boost for change. She gets to know the individual, their personality, passions and what would make them happy". - Michael - Consultant
"I cannot recommend Daksha highly enough, my only regret is I didn’t see her years ago.” Pauline - Broker
"Initially I was a little apprehensive about having life coaching sessions as I thought they were an indulgence - I mean, what kind of issues could you possibly have that you couldn’t figure out by yourself? Bu the sessions are a far cry from what I ever imagined they would be. Daksha is really good at what she does. I've gained so much from our sessions, that I've even recommended her to my friends and family". - Sola - Business Analyst
