I initially went into this Business with the intention of just browsing but Jenny's warm welcoming demeanor made the difference. I gave her a quote for our new home and within a day she had the model designed. It was everything I wanted and more! I was super excited that something I thought would be so difficult, was made super easy for me. I must say we love our kitchen! And we received a great price as well. The only gripe that we had was that we waited for our glass door for months but Jenny kept in touch to make us aware that she was still working on it. Hey somethings may be out of their control. My story is a long I met Daisy a couple years ago when I was just shopping around initially for Maple kitchen cabinets and to get prices went to many locations. Daisy provided us a great price yes lowest of them all. Shortly after I change my mind wanted Cherry cabinets her price was Still lower but Not only that she understood what I wanted she took the time to listen, was kindly to wait for me. When the time was right for our kitchen project. I contact her she provided me one on one undivided attention, patience, her expertise along with her sweet charming personality. One month ago I receive my cherry wood cabinets I am happy with the style, the color I love it. Yes my new kitchen from soup to nuts from beginning to end even delivery guys were wonderful, my kitchen is not completely done waiting for that one item.
I've educated myself that if you decide to go with the high-end, medium or inexpensive company you will experience to have some sort of imperfection which is normal., but what means a lot how customer service handles it.
I strongly express that Daisy and her staff immediately assisted me to take care of matter, guided and followed through every step of the way very pleased with their service. Thank you ! Once everything is all done I would be delighted to post pictures �

I was in a bad state after my kitchen was flooded. She understood my predicament and what a complete makeover entailed. She is caring and knew I had to work with insurance adjusters. She came when she said she would to do the initial measurements and once again when the walls were put back in place to ensure a perfect fit. She worked within my budget and did a beautiful design of white shaker cabinets. No high pressure sales here. She works with you and your schedule. Working with Daisy was like working with a dear family member who genuinely cared for you, your home, and your project. She staying with it from beginning to end. Daisy and her office staff are caring people going out of their way to make you feel welcome. Her design ideas are well thought out and her prices are good. Daisy is fantastic! She genuinely cares about the customer and tries her best to get you exactly what you want at a good price. I would even pay more to work with her over others that have been very inhospitable. She always offers us sodas and coffee and has even ordered a pizza for us when we had missed out on dinner.
