When Covid struck and the Italian kitchen they'd designed for us looked like it would be stuck permanently in Italy, they moved heaven and earth to make sure that we still got a beautiful kitchen delivered and installed on time. From start to finish they were brilliant to work with, and we are absolutely delighted with our end result.

Although not for a kitchen, I did have the opportunity to review a kitchen renovation that this company completed, so can verify that there is consistency with the commitment to have satisfied customers and excellent workmanship. They continue throughout the renovation to ensure that your requirements are being met, regarding YOUR vision for what the end result looks like. I had researched several kitchen units at various well known name brand stores for over a period of 5 years. The task of replacing my dated kitchen of 25 years was not an easy project and I had to ensure I got this right. I stumbled across Daia Kitchens in Walthamstow. I am meticulous and practical so told them my budget and what I wanted. Sharon, the manager, looked after me. She gave me lots of ideas. She was attentive and LISTENED to my requirements. She sent her colleague to measure up. They arranged to meet with me to show me the plans and I WAS IMPRESSED, they had taken into consideration minor things I hadn't even thought of. They rang me with my delivery time and date. Even the delivery driver was prompt and efficient. I LOVE MY STUNNING NEW KITCHEN ESPECIALLY MY HOT TAP...it's so quick and efficient. Oh yes, the Manager even sourced my appliances and got them at a good price. The only thing is I now have to cook in it but it is a showroom kitchen.
