Tom and Darren are nice guys who are easy to deal with, professional in their approach and complete work to an excellent standard.
They built a small timber framed extension to our house on an existing first floor terrace and worked well with the other trades we employed.
We would certainly use D&T again either on our own house or for our house building company.

We hired D&T Carpentry & Construction to undertake a complete full house refurbishment and single storey extension, we wanted our house to be completed to a high standard which D&T was more than capable of, we found this out by looking at there previous projects!
They’re extremely clean and tidy and was always on site when they said they was going to be there, everything was completed in there timescale. We wouldn’t definitely use them again and always recommend them to friends and family! The photos of our house are on there profile under (full house refurbishment)

We hired D&T carpentry and construction to undertake a full house refurbishment and rear kitchen extension, the quaintly of their work is outstadting which was one of the main reasons we chose to use them due to us wanting our house to be competed to a high standard. they always turned up when they said and met all of there deadlines they set themselves. overall we would highly recommend them to anyone! Nothing is too much for them and they go the extra mile to ensure your project, however large or small, gets done on time and to budget!

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
if your garage is attached to your house and has a door way into it, then it would be suitable for a conversion, generally most garages are suitable for a conversions
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
removed any unnecessary items in the garage, take the garage door out and brick up fitting a new window, raise the floor up if necessary, damp proofing and insulation, 1st fix plumbing, electrical and carpentry, plaster boarding and plastering, 2nd fix plumbing electrical and carpentry, decoration
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
if your loft is 2.2 from the top of the ceiling collars to the top of the ridge then your loft would be suitable for a loft conversion
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
erection of scaffolding, remove all old insulation and any other rubbish, start on steel work and joisting the floor, fire proofing to the floor, double up rafters if necessary, build a dormer is required, fit velux windows, 1st fix plumbing, electrical and carpentry works, insulation to the loft, plaster boarding, fit stairs to the loft, plastering, 2nd fix plumbing, electrical and carpentry, decoration, remove the scaffolding. and a builders clean

we just love working on other peoples homes and making them more suitablel for their needs and making every one of our clients happy
What inspired you to start your own business?
we was both inspired to start our own business from working in the building trade for other people doing all types of building work, we loved the work but because it wasn't our contracts we wasn't getting the job satisfaction for ourselves which now we have our own company and were achieving that
