What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Being able to read the crowd and giving them what they want, and having done my research pre gig is the key to ensuring the dance floor is packed.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
My style of play is what I would call freestyle as I do not have a specific list or order in which i play, this enables me to be flexible and it makes sure that I can easily adapt to anything that happens on the day.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to create a vibe that keeps people on their feet and not wanting to leave the dance floor even when it is time to go home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love for music started far back in the 70's by the 80's i was known for my music collection and as was frequently asked to bring my cassette recorded music to house parties.
Fast forward to the 90's when I became a hobbyist dj, just mixing and playing music at home, for my personal pleasure.
I was frequently asked to play at parties but always turned people down, until my godson's father asked me to play at my godson's christening party and the rest as they say is history.
