I couldn’t recommend or thank Dean and his team enough! They made moving house (one of the biggest stresses) a doddle. From start to finish everything ran seamlessly. They arrived promptly and worked solidly, all day. They were total professionals - efficient, proactive, flexible, accommodating and really calm, understanding and friendly which meant we could relax through the entire process. Dean and the team we’re excellent start to finish. Arrived on time and got straight onto the task. Really impressed with the teams efficiency and their experience showed. Watching the van van fill up was like a big game of Tetris. No space spared which meant no time wasted. When there was an issue getting down the stairs with a large wardrobe, they simply took it down and rebuilt st the other end with no problem. Friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. I was confident that myProperty was in safe hands which was further confirmed as there wasn’t a single breakage. Excellent service overall, fully deserving of the 5 stars given. Thanks Dean and the guys at D & H for sorting out two removals for me over the last few weeks. Firstly they took the job at short notice. They kept me informed of pickup times, estimated arrival times, and stuck to the original quote for the job. Both jobs were tricky. One was a very large sofa bed and the other was a large glass cabinet. Neither were able to fit into the lift at the destination address. In both cases Dean expertly dismantled them, manoeuvred them into the correct spaces and reassembled them. Both jobs were handled expertly but were made to look very easy. D & H helped me in my hour of need. I was let down when Very were not capable of getting my new fridge freezer to my first floor kitchen and left it outside. I called D & H and they said they could do it, gave me a good price and arrived at the time they said they would. They got the fridge freezer in place and my walls were intact. I contacted Dean of D&H this morning to move office furniture into storage.He managed to change appointments around so he could accommodate me for today.
