After years of serving special events, I can listen to the clients needs and make any necessary changes until the menu is perfect.
What do you love most about your job?
I love serving special events for people. Being an important and trusted part of a once in a lifetime or an annual event is a great honor.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of working for others and not getting anything more than a paycheck from working I decided to go on my own.
