I called Cypher Locksmiths after being badly let down by the top Google search company for my area, kept me waiting for over an hour before cancelling as a technician wasn't available. I called Cypher from the same search and really wish that I had called them first. James arrived within 15 minutes and diagnosed the fault. He fitted a temporary lock and took the faulty part away to match a proper replacement after the weekend. He swapped out the lock and made sure my door was locking and latching perfectly. I really couldn't recommend this company more, superb service, superb response time and the communication through the whole replacement was top notch.
