I am proud to say that I have been a customer of Cynthia’s since the day she opened here in Branford. This past Saturday, ironically, on the anniversary of her Grand Opening, we had the honor of having Cynthia and her wonderful staff provide all the floral arrangements, bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and most importantly, floral petals for the flower girl. When my daughter in law Meaghan first contacted her 18 months ago, they immediately were able to connect and put the brides vision in place. Meaghan lived in California at the time, so all communication at that time was by phone and email. When they finally met, my daughter in law was thrilled how perfect she was able to create all these ideas in the exact vision they discussed. The arrangement was beautiful. The "custom" customer service: was outstanding. They sugested an appropriate the floral design over the phone, then re made the arrangement and delivered it a few weeks later when they discovered that the recipient was out of town. Thank you, Cynthia!

I was an out of state visitor to attend a funeral and took a chance on Cynthia's flower  shop in Branford CT. I suspected they wouldn't have an arrangement to look at however the young lady, Taylor, presented a Telafloral Sympathy  catalog, there were many options. I love this place. I've used them twice now.  I call from DC to send my Godmother a little something to brighten her day. I'm not familiar with Branford so I was reaching out based on reviews and Yelp never steers me wrong . Each time I've called, they've been absolutely amazing. We talk over the phone about what I'd like to send, messaging for cards, etc and they really make me feel like they are dedicated to meeting my needs, you know like they are invested in me being happy and not just waiting for my credit card info. I've even called and got same day delivery on my orders- something that would never happen in DC without being charged and arm and a leg on top of the flowers. Each time, the arrangements have been beautiful and lasted over 2 weeks! I am so happy I have a go to place that's a phone call away and will make my godmother's day. Cynthia did an exceptional job providing flowers for our wedding. She was the most responsive vendor I worked with and was always on top of everything. She set up multiple meetings with me and provided free samples of the centerpieces so I could have a visual of what to expect (no other florist did this). My family and I were looking for a florist that was on our route from RI to NY for my brothers' graduation. Cynthia responded to my email request quickly (after business hours) and was able to put together a beautiful bouquet for us with very little guidelines from us, even though we had to move our trip up one day at the last minute which only gave her and her team less than a day to put the bouquet together (the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend, nonetheless! ) As a fellow wedding vendor, I am incredibly thankful for her quick responses and her willingness and ability to accommodate on such a short notice, especially if she and her team had any weddings this weekend! Cynthia is such a sweet person! We loved her from the beginning. She really knows what she's doing. My bouquet and all the decoration for my wedding, everything couldn't have been more perfect. You could see she really pay attention to the details. My bouquet was beyond gorgeous and it really put a lot color on our table during the reception. I chose the color (burgundy) and she gave me a few options of what would go with the bouquet. The entire time I told her I wanted a dark color but didn't want my bouquet super dark. She did a great job putting some champagne roses to break the dark flowers. The decoration for the ceremony was exactly like I wanted, something simple but sophisticated. I love that she had lots of pictures to show me how things were gonna look like.
