Clean and professional staff. If you're looking to loose weight or to stay fit, I would recommend their cycling program. The instructor was awesome and kept her energy throughout the entire class. The music was excellent for the cycling routines. They also offer a fitness bootcamp and Zumba classes will be starting in February. More...
