I had my first class here last night. Really friendly professional staff and the place is spotless. Claire the manager took the class and was superb. As she was celebrating her birthday (think it was her 30th �) she made sure everyone joined in the fun and created a great atmosphere. The showers were great too. The only word that springs to mind about this place is outstanding! The instructors are amazing, not only do they make each and every person feel welcome, they push you individually to get the best from your workout!
This place has been a sanctuary for me, played a huge part in my recovery and makes me feel great! I leave every class no matter how tired I am, with a smile on my face!
I love the people, the space and everything about Spin City! I hope I can watch them grow and be a part of the Spin City family for many years to come!

Having never done a spin class before I was somewhat apprehensive before coming. Upon arrival the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, showing me around the facilities before setting me up on the bike. The instructor was very energetic, engaging and enthusiastic from the outset. I finished the class feeling invigorated and alive albeit a little wobbly legged ! Great fun on your own and with a mate. Having lived in Brighton and Hove all my life, I have tried many a gym and fitness class round the city. I can say that I have not come across such a fantastic place to keep fit. I've never enjoyed spinning but tried here out of curiosity and have not looked back, I'm addicted. The atmosphere in the class is fantastic, the instructors are so motivational but also really approachable which makes beginners feel welcome. The studio is so clean and equipment is alway spotless. What really stands out though is the enthusiasm and energy of all the staff there, everyone I have met is so friendly. This is a fabulous place and I cannot recommend enough and the VIBE class on Sunday mornings are incredible!! Thank you! More...

I'd highly recommend checking out Spin City over any other indoor cycling space in Brighton/Hove. The reception, changing areas and studio are always super clean and tidy, the bikes are very easy to set up/use and the staff are really friendly and helpful so even if you're new, there's always someone around to help if you need it. I've been to several different classes and every instructor I've had has been friendly, motivating, energetic and knowledgeable. They will inspire you to push yourself, get motivated & have so much fun doing it! I love that there is a juice bar too - it's great to be able to treat yourself after a good workout! More...

Quality, unique and fantastic customer service. By far the best place to spin (indoor cycle) in Sussex!
The studio is super clean, modern and has a great positive, motivating atmosphere.
The equipment is all of high quality and we were even provided with shoes and towels to get the most out of the unique spinning experience (which makes a massive difference and is something you won't see anywhere else in Sussex).
The customer service is great, both staff and instructors are professional, helpful and friendly. They really looked after us from beginning to end, all the way down to setting up our bike to our personal requirements and having our shoes ready for when the class started. All staff are experts, experienced and super supportive! Our instructor, Nicki, was fantastic, she really knows how to motivate you to work your hardest and she makes sure you have fun at the same time! The classes are a challenging full body work out but really enjoyable, you walk out feeling fantastic and hungry for more!
It's a real unique fitness experience that really begins the minute you step into Cycle City, I would highly recommend spinning there and can't wait to go back for another class!

Cycle City is such a great find! Working in fitness and having my own studio I’m really impressed with the set up here.I love my weekend morning sessions with Nikki (it’s a love hate relationship) and classes are fun but amazingly hard!
