I have used this service a couple of times in the past for general laptop maintenance and have been pleased with the service and cost. Most recently was just after Christmas re-opening when he was on catch up of voicemails and everybody demanding attention! However, I was explained this honestly and just to leave it with him. My laptop was giving out a severe warning message!

So a reasonable cost for diagnosis and clear explanation of costs and implications and off I went. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call just a couple of days after with the outcome. Unfortunately as expected my hard drive had died. I was clearly given my options with costs for each one and made my decision for repair. Again very clearly described exactly what was going to be done.

Just a couple of days later another phone call and I picked up my laptop not only in working order but looking brand new.

Knowledgable, honest, polite and prompt. Everything you need at a good fair price.

Also for a minimal cost he scanned, converted to pdf and emailed some documents I needed to send urgently. More...
