Came unannounced several times, climbed over our back garden gate when we weren’t in because they didn’t tell us in advance they weren’t coming. Windows cleaned fine but I don’t like the fact they climbed over our fence so we cancelled and they still came and climbed over our gate a further two times!! THROWS LITTER OUT OF VAN!! 16 Feb 2021. White van. Travelling between Bardsey and Leeds on A58. Driver wound down passenger window and threw a Lucozade bottle into the verge. After accepting their quote, was told they would call mon/Tue, rang them & left messages to ascertain time, no response, texted them & told I was booked in for 9am on the Wednesday! ! Would recommend this company 100%. Came at short notice to give us a really good quote. Had tried to clean previously with jet washer with no success and as you can see in the before and after photos Winston and the team have done an absolutely amazing job. Feel like we have all new paving now. They also cleaned our conservatory on which again they did an amazing job. Ive got to say I'm quite annoyed recently. I messaged them last week to explain I was dissatisfied as it was clear my windows hadn't been cleaned despite receiving the receipt through my door and I've heard nothing! There were Mark's on my front door and bird poo on one of the windows which were there before and the back windows hadn't been touched wither. I Just think it's really bad customer service. I also had an issue with multiple texts asking to pay and tell me they 'rely' on my payment when I'd never missed one as standing order set up. Even when I told them about this it didnt stop for a while. I'd like someone to actually come back to me about my complaint please. More...
