Cw floors

I had CW Floor and Lighting come to redo my shower ,completed by another company, which, needless to say, had done a really bad job and refused to make it right.    The quote from CW Floor and lighting was very fair and because of reviews I decided to go with CW.  The job involved a complete demo and retile, which I had been told by several companies is a difficult task.  The guys who came in my house were amazing in every way, polite and accommodating, especially.  Secondly, they tiled my backsplash in my kitchen.  There was a miscommunication about the tile and Hal had them come out and redo my entire backsplash as well.  It is immaculate.  I am a very pleased and happy customer.  I'm here to tell you that there are some companies out there that just want your money, but CW Floor and Lighting wants your approval and they truly care about their reputation.  You are most important and they will bend over backwards to make you a satisfied customer.  Thank you to Hal and Henry (backsplash) and all the guys who got my shower back into shape. Tom has been my go to guy for Flooring. He always delivers exactly what I want and fast! He's so professional and I love how he shows up on the job site and makes sure everyone is on the same page before they start and even will come back to make sure the end result is perfect. 5 stars all the way around!!!!

I waited a few weeks to post just to make sure I didn't find any issues after installation. I could not be happier with Steve and our installer Nino! Our new floor looks perfect, matching the new flooring to existing flooring the previous home owner had installed. Steve was very quick to respond and made the planning so easy for us. Nino was very kind and professional as well, he made the installation process a breeze. He even brought in Amazon boxes for me that came after I left one night, above and beyond! Horrible experience with these people did my flooring and did poor job,dealt with a very horrible salesperson named Troy,who basically lied to me constantly,and was not competent to order enough flooring to do the job and then he kept ordering the wrong color of flooring took a whole month to do a crappy job definitely don't recommend this place they definitely don't care about the customer.

Had excellent service in the store to the installation process...great prices ...they carpeted our home just this past weekend and the installers were very curtious. ..clean and made fast work of the install...we are very pleased with our experience with cw floors.....we recommend mr.castillo at the store located on lanark in san antonio.....very professional...thank you cw floors and everyone there More...

LOVED working with this company, especially Kim! We had a emergency flooring situation the week of Thanksgiving. Good-luck finding anyone who could fit you in their schedule that week! But with one phone call, they jumped in and assessed the situation, and then made several great recommendations. They quickly got the flooring measured, ordered, and installed.

Kim offered a forward-thinking design plan that would help us not only address the current situation, but help us plan for the future. She was very personable, quick to respond to phone calls, and came by personally to check on the work while it was going on. That is A+++ customer service.

We will certainly return to CW Floors & Lighting for our next flooring project. LOVING OUR NEW FLOORS! Thanks, Kim!!!

I have just had all the floors in my 50 year old home replaced and or repaired by Carpet World. While most of the work involved wood, they also installed carpeting in some large areas.
