Clare's primary concern is the comfort, wellbeing and happiness of your dog, she won't do anything the dog isn't happy with. She will work with the dog to gain its trust rather than restrain it which would only destress the dog. I had our dog booked in for a clay mask to reduce shedding and it worked wonders, our jack Russell didn't moult for 2 weeks, it was amazing, but more importantly our dog enjoyed it and came out much more relaxed than she went in and that was all due to how Clare treats her canine clients More...

I Took my 9 year old bichon to Clare today, daisy has a few health issues at the moment and it has stopped her from being groomed meaning her coat was not the best. Clare was so patient and understanding and made both myself and daisy feel comfortable and welcome! The fact daisy needs hypoallergenic products was not an issue at all...and no extra charge for it. The pod is just amazing!!!! No cages, no other dogs around waiting and a bespoke one on one treatment. Clare has worked wonders on my girly and she’s running around like a puppy again now ! The service provided is amazing. The care, love and passion of Clare is what is needed with a dog grooming service. She does what is right for the dog and has been brilliant for our puppy. Absolutely brilliant. Really cares for the dogs and takes things at their pace which was key for my pups first groom. Would particularly recommend it for anyone with dogs that a bit unsure as Clare does not use crates and only has one dog at a time so it’s a calm, relaxing, safe space for them.
