Highly recommend CHR, very professional, strong knowledge of the local area, and experienced. We contacted them with a few questions about the market, the value of our current home and new construction. We were not sure what we wanted to do and they gave us all the tools we needed to make our decision. From the comparative market analysis they completed to the estimated selling/closing costs they nailed it; no surprises. Our new home is just what we wanted and we had no idea. CHR introduced the home to us after listening to what we were looking for in a home. These two ladies were always available throughout our process to anwser a quick question, provide feedback on showings, and suggestions for excellent local vendors when needed. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Sharon on multiple sales over the years. She is both professional, courteous and will work hard for her clients to get the best deal for them. The one thing we always liked the most about dealing with her is it never felt like we were working with a "salesperson" and never felt harassed or pressured.
