Very disappointed with their service. On- 7th of March, we placed the order and we paid our kitchen fronts & drawers for a delivery planned and agreed on the 3rd week of May. we are on the 8th of June and we have to: - chase you to get any updates as we learned to assume no news = bad news - do not even have even a precise departure/delivery date We are your customers we trusted you to deliver our kitchen on time which was essential to us moving on time and now again you fail on all the above. Being a business owner myself I understand that you want to save up your margin and not spend them on shipping costs but this is becoming really ridiculous, figuring out Brexit/shipping is part of your duties to serve us. Absolutely in love with our Custom Fronts kitchen. It’s completely transformed what would’ve been a run-of-the-mill ikea kitchen into an elegant and sophisticated space. The doors themselves feel solid and durable. The crown cut oak veneers are all individual and crafted in such a way that the grain follows through each cabinet. After researching various contemporary kitchen companies in the UK, Custom Fronts not only offered well-designed handmade bespoke doors but also great value.
