So glad we chose chapel at the farm the delivered a perfect day for my wife and I!My wife and I were engaged for 3 years and we went round and round on how we wanted to get married. The one thing we knew for sure was the date. After we fi ally set our site on a small wedding with just 12 guests we began our search. We are so unbelievably happy that we ended up choosing chapel at the farm! They made it so easy and stress free. We got married two weeks ago at Chapel at the Farm and it was absolutely perfect. We did the elopement package as we wanted something small and intimate that still felt like a wedding; as we hated the idea of a courthouse but didn't want a huge production either. Chapel at the Farm exceeded our expectations in everyway and if we could do our wedding all over again we would do it exactly the same. The farmhouse is quant and rustic and the grounds were manicured. Jackie and Lyla were amazing in answering all of our questions and providing recommendations before our big day. The ceremony was beautiful, I felt completely at ease, and Jackie took her time getting a lot of photos all over the grounds. What do you love most about your job?
I love working with a Bride and Groom to create the PERFECT wedding favor for guests to enjoy! The Chocolate Covered Oreos are presented in the wedding colors, in a design selected by the Bride and Groom and are packaged to compliment the guest tables.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start Custom Cookies By Lyn when our son was getting married. Our son and his fiance wanted something special to offer their wedding guests that was delicious, different and would compliment the wedding table settings. After working for a non-profit after retirement as an educator, I realized I was working to pay for all the chocolate treats I was giving away, so I resigned and started Custom Cookies By Lyn.
